Meet the sparkling women dominating the drinks scene

Get ready to raise a glass to Europe’s chicest tastemakers.

Who are these leading ladies? They certainly aren’t just clinking glasses, they’re building brands, curating scenes, and resetting what luxury hospitality looks like now. From Prosecco start-ups to terroir-driven gin and couture RTDs, these women (and sister acts) shape how the continent celebrates.

The Delevingne Sisters - Poppy, Cara and Chloé (Della Vite Prosecco)

A true society power-trio, the Delevingnes turned their love of Italian bubbles into Della Vite, a sustainably made, vegan Prosecco born in Valdobbiadene and launched in 2020. They’ve since rolled out rosé, travel-retail listings and splashy campaigns, keeping the brand firmly on Europe’s party circuit.

Emma Watson (Renais Gin)

The actor-activist re-entered the family wine world with Renais, co-founded with her brother Alex. Distilled in England with Burgundy wine by-products, Renais blends fashion-house polish with real provenance, and raised roughly £5m from external investors.

Rita Ora (Próspero Tequila)

Ora isn’t just the face on a bottle, she’s chief creative partner and shareholder at Próspero, working with trailblasing master distiller Stella Anguiano in Jalisco. It’s a rare female-led tequila at scale, with accolades and steady growth.

Ellie Goulding (SERVED)

Goulding moved from headliner to co-owner of SERVED, taking the brand from hard seltzer to premium canned cocktails, and landing a Heineken UK minority investment to accelerate expansion - textbook modern drinks entrepreneurship.

Kylie Minogue (Kylie Minogue Wines)

A mainstream juggernaut that still passes the taste test: Minogue’s label (with Benchmark Drinks) has crossed 20+ millon bottles and 30+ countries in five years, led by smash-hit rosés and sparkling lines.

Monica Berg (Tayēr + Elementary; Muyu Liqueurs)

The Norwegian tastemaker behind London’s cult bar Tayēr + Elementary is one of the most influential figures in global cocktails and the co-creator of Muyu liqueurs. Berg’s minimal, ingredient-led style has reshaped how Europe drinks.

Paola Mencarelli (Florence Cocktail Week)

Florence’s Cocktail Week founder has turned the city into a European pilgrimage for refined mixology, blending fashion-week energy with serious bar craft and spotlighting Italy’s new generation of bartenders.

To us, these women represent the faces of European luxury. Their influence stretches far beyond the bar, into how we think about design, connection, and the pleasure of a perfectly poured drink.

So, as the season of soirées unfolds and the champagne corks fly, remember these names lighting up the night.
